What We Do? Who Is Impacted?
Mission: Freedom’s Children recognizes the exhaustive role that families play throughout the recovery process. From financial and emotional support to long-term care, family members step up to provide the necessary care, often with little thought for their own needs. Children often suffer in silence because of the hardships endured by their parents. Mission: Freedom’s Children seeks to alleviate the burdens of these children through education, counseling, and other forms of support.
Mission: Freedom’s Children will consider grants from wounded troops and their families, and the families of fatally wounded U.S. service members, as well as other 501c3 organizations through grants and funding for projects that make sure that injured service members’ children achieve a high quality of life. Our focus puts requests for counseling and educational resources for the children of wounded and deceased veterans as a priority in the selection process.
Mission: Freedom’s Children will consider grant requests for projects benefitting the children of active duty, honorably discharged and retired military personnel from all branches of the military, as well as children of active duty, honorably discharged or retired military personnel who have been wounded, injured or killed in combat during their military service.
501c3 Organizations with projects that fulfill our mission will also be considered for collaboration and funding.
